Here are the steps for our authentication process:

1. Head to the "Purchase Service" page and purchase the appropriate authentication service that best fits your needs. We also offer a service to identify your deisgner item for you.

2. Upload photos of the designer item in question to our email (designerauthenticationinc@gmail.com) or provide a link to the item in question. Pictures should not be blurry. Include photos of the front, back, sides and date codes (if there are any). It certainly helps to also see closeups of hardware and logos.

3. Please inform where you purchased your item from.

4. Your item will be authenticated by an expert designer authenticator within 48 hrs. We have a speed processing option for an additional fee.

5. You will receive a COA (Certificate of Authenticity) if it has been found that your item is indeed genuine and you've purchased this service. There are two options for receiving the COA (email and post mail).  This official documentation will give you the added assurance when choosing to re-sell or trade your designer item. Emailed opinion service does not include a COA.

Authentication Services Pricing

Designer Authentication Electronic Emailed Opinion Authentication $15.00

This entails a quick, verbal opinion about the item in question. This service is for those who want to receive our thoughts about a potential designer purchase without receiving a certificate. We’ll respond by email within 48hrs with a statement. Please provide the link to the item you are planning to purchase or have purchased. If you want a quicker answer, purchase our speed processing add on (within 12hrs) or on demand service (within 10 minutes)

We also offer emailed opinion packages for individuals and businesses with large allotments of designer goods. These packages offer a substantial discount on the emailed opinion.  You must email photos of your item to designerauthenticationinc@gmail.com

Designer Authentication On Demand Authentication  $75

This service incorporates a seamless on demand authentication. We'll authenticate your item wherever you may be in the world whether that is in store or in the comfort of your home.  This type of service is very helpful if you are shopping at discounted stores such as Marshall's, TJ Maxx, etc and would like assurance for an item that you are about to purchase.  This service is also ideal for store associates or stores who are processing returns of items purchased from your store. You want to ensure that the item the customer is returning is actually the item that they purchased.  You will text us photos or a live video of the item in question and we'll authenticate your item within 10 minutes.  Upon texting, please inform us of the name of the store that you are shopping or working for. Certificate is included if the item has passed our authentication process.  This phone number is only for on demand authentications. 

Designer Authentication Electronic Designer Identification $9.00

This service entails identification of your designer item.  Select one.

a.) This includes style name and size of the item in question as well as the designer brand or house.

b,) Age- Select this option if you already know the details of the type of bag you own but don't know the age. We'll be able to tell you the age or period that your designer item was made in.

Designer Authentication Digital Certificate of Authenticity $17.95

This service is for those who wish to receive a certificate of authenticity for their luxury or designer good. You may print the certificate at your own leisure once it is sent to your email address.

Designer Authentication Mailed Certificate of Authenticity $25.95 (Standard Mail 3-5 business days)

This service is for those who wish to received a printed and signed certificate of authenticity for your designer item.

Designer Authentication Formal Written Letter of Authenticity (for claims) $28.95

This service is primarily for those who have purchased a counterfeit item and require a response from an authentication house confirming that the item in question is not authentic. Purchase this service if you would like to pursue a Paypal claim or initiate the return process with a seller.

Designer Authentication Estimated Market Valuation $12.95

Purchase this service if you desire to know the value or resale value of your designer item.  Certain designer items can increase exponentially if they are rare and even more so when they've been well kept and are in pristine condition. If you've owned a designer good for a long time, and do not have the slightest idea of what it is worth, this is an appropriate service for you.

Designer Authentication Hermes and Cartier Authentication Service Fee $8.50

Please select this required add-on fee if you are requesting authentication of a Cartier or Hermes designer good. This add on should be purchased before authentication begins. You must purchase an authentication opinion in addition to this add on.
